Cordillera Community Operations is responsible for all facility and infrastructure operations and maintenance within the Cordillera Metro District. The Metro District contains over 40 miles of roads and 7,000+ acres of property. Community Operations maintains all roads, facilities, landscaping, streetlights, and signage, as well as performs snow removal and weed & pest control operations. Community Operations is also responsible for all community recreation programs (other than those sponsored by The Club at Cordillera).
